Yes. uabooksonline.com is Umera Ahmed’s official online bookstore, and every book we sell is an original publication.

How do I order?

Add books to your cart and check out on the website, or order on WhatsApp at +92 340 0009252.

How can I pay?

By card (through XPay), direct bank transfer, or cash on delivery within Pakistan. Bank-transfer orders must be paid, and a payment screenshot shared with us, within 24 hours, or they are cancelled automatically.

Can I get a signed copy?

Signed copies are available on selected titles, while stock and the author’s availability last. Request one at checkout. Books bought under deals and discounts are not signed.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, free of charge until it is dispatched. Message us with your order number. Signed-copy orders and pre-orders can’t be cancelled. See our Order Cancellation Policy.

How long will delivery take?

Orders are normally dispatched within 24 hours. Delivery usually takes 2–5 working days after dispatch within Pakistan and 7–21 working days overseas. These are estimates. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Do you ship outside Pakistan?

Yes, to most countries worldwide. Customs duties and import taxes in your country are paid by you.

How do I track my order?

We send your tracking number by WhatsApp or email once your order is dispatched. You can also use our Order Tracking page.

Can I return a book?

We replace or refund books that arrive wrong, damaged, defective or missing. Report it within 3 days of delivery, with photos. We don’t accept change-of-mind returns. See our Returns, Refunds & Replacements Policy.

How will I get my refund?

To your card if you paid by card; otherwise by bank transfer to an account in the name on the order, within 10 working days of approval.

Can I share or upload Umera Ahmed’s books or Read Online episodes?

No. All her work is protected by copyright. Copying, uploading, sharing PDFs or screenshots, or translating it without permission isn’t allowed. See our Terms of Service.
