Order Cancellation Policy

1. Cancelling before dispatch

You can cancel free of charge until your order is dispatched. Orders are normally dispatched within 24 hours, so please contact us quickly. WhatsApp +92 340 0009252 or email info@uabooksonline.com with your order number. If you have already paid, we refund you in full by the method in our Returns, Refunds & Replacements Policy.

Signed copies are prepared especially for you. Signed-copy orders can’t be cancelled once placed.

2. After dispatch

Once an order has been handed to the courier, it can’t be cancelled. Please wait for delivery and contact us if there is a problem covered by our Returns policy.

3. Cash on delivery (Pakistan only)

• Orders are normally dispatched within 24 hours, so please check your name, address and phone number before placing a COD order.
• Refusing a COD parcel at the door, or not being available after 2 delivery attempts, costs us two-way courier charges.
• If you refuse a correct, undamaged parcel, we may require advance payment for your future orders. If you refuse our parcels twice, UA Books reserves the right to blacklist you and decline all your future orders.
• We may limit COD on high-value orders, bulk orders, or new addresses, and ask for advance payment instead.

4. Bank transfer orders

Please pay within 24 hours of placing your order, and share a screenshot of the payment with your order number within the same 24 hours. Unpaid orders are cancelled automatically after that time. We dispatch only once the payment reaches our account.

5. Pre-orders and new editions

Release dates for upcoming titles and new editions are estimates from the publisher and may change. Pre-orders, including signed pre-orders, can’t be cancelled once placed. UA Books is not responsible for delays caused by printing, binding, publishing, stock arrival or the author’s availability, and such delays are not grounds for cancellation or refund. We will ship as soon as stock is ready. If a title is withdrawn and will not be released at all, we will refund you in full.

6. When we cancel an order

UA Books reserves the full and unconditional right to cancel any order, in full or in part, at its sole discretion, and to refund any amount paid in advance. Reasons may include, but are not limited to:

• the item is out of stock or no longer available;
• the price or details shown were clearly wrong because of a technical or typing error;
• we can’t verify the order, the payment, or the delivery address;
• we reasonably suspect fraud, reselling in bulk at a promotional price, or misuse of a discount code;
• the delivery address is outside the areas we ship to.

If we cancel, our only obligation is to refund what you paid for the cancelled items.
